Central Sierra Anglers
How Did We Get Started?

Most of the folks in this club have been involved with other fishing organizations at one time or another. They have left or wandered away from those organizations for a wide range of reasons. When the original organizers of Central Sierra Anglers started talking about another "new club" it was decided early that the club needed to be just for simple comradarie, talking about fishing, networking, and having a group to get together with that would share those same interests. Central Sierra Anglers is a no competition, no pressure organization. At our meetings, we make the business end short and sweet and get on to either an instructional type of lecture, or some sort of fishing discussion encouraging participation from everyone there. If you don't wish to participate and would rather just absorb the information, that's fine too, not everyone enjoys being vocal. The point is that this club is for the members to be who they are, and enjoy getting together with the other members to talk about fishing, and only about fishing or fishing related topics. We just wanna have fun and go fishing.
